On a nightly basis, over 250 cleaners are deployed in and around the Sydney region. This provides us the ability to train cleaners across multiple sites strengthening contingency planning whilst allowing rapid deployment for emergency rectification works.
All sites managed by Complex Solutions are assigned to one of our expert Operations Managers. Each site is visited and inspected frequently, and strong communication lines are proactively established between key stakeholders prior to commencement of services.
All of our services are completed to all relevant WHS and Australian standards and we assist our clients to meet cleaning requirements as specified by external auditing bodies. Also, all cleaning services are fully compliant with all NSW Health Department’s cleaning and auditing guidelines and we utilise tailored systems to provide the highest possible standard of healthcare cleaning to each and every facility.
